Our Guarantee

All purchases are covered by our 7 working days  exchange or money back guarantee, should you wish to change your mind or do not require the goods for whatever reason and complies with the Distance Selling Act 2000. The Seven day period means  working days ie excludes Saturday and Sundays and takes effect immediately after customer takes receipt of goods.

This 7 day guarantee is subject to the following conditions

  1. The goods are returned unused, not damaged, and in the original packaging and accompanied with the receipt or invoice supplied and  returned to Frontier Leisure UK Ltd, where upon receipt of goods a refund or exchange will be offered to you in full.

  2. Carriage costs in returning the goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser

Faulty /Damaged Goods/ Missing Items

Upon taking delivery of the goods, we advise that you examine them thoroughly, and should they appear to be faulty or damaged or that some components are missing, you must inform and advise us to the problem within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not intend to use the goods for a period of time after receipt, we strongly urge you to check them even so , as we cannot accept complaints about damaged or faulty goods thereafter. Although we endeavour to try to ensure your purchase arrives with you on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any costs incurred through late delivery or from incomplete or damaged goods as a result of being in transit.

Returns

We must be fully informed of any goods that you wish to return to us. We will not accept any goods without prior notification. Carriage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty or not fit for the purpose as stated in The Sale of Goods Act.  We can arrange collection for you through our own carriers if the goods are faulty or damaged or not fit for their purpose. Carriage costs on all other goods returned, remain the responsibility of the purchaser. However we can arrange collection subject to a charge. Please telephone for quotation. Please note that any refundable agreed carriage costs will not exceed the total amount incurred by us when first despatching the goods in question to the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Caravan Awning Purchases

Please note that we rely entirely on the customer to inform us of the caravan awning size they require for their particular caravan. Please ensure that the awning size information that you relate to us at time of order, is absolutely correct. Frontier Leisure accepts no responsibility, whatsoever, for wrong customer information which results in an ill fitting awning. If in doubt of awning size, make, model or year of caravan , please ensure that you perform an accurate 'A' measurement of the caravan before proceeding to order an awning. This information on how to measure can be found on the awning pages of this web site.  Once the awning has been taken from its packaging and fitted to the caravan, it will be deemed as being used and as such Frontier Leisure are unable to accept a return or refund.

All  Free promotional offers are always subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw them at any time

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defect except where otherwise stated, eg Electric scooter 90 days. We reserve the right to inspect the goods during this period of time and will arrange to have the goods repaired or replaced if found to have developed a manufacturing defect.

Prices

All prices of goods for sale on this web site are inclusive of Vat, currently at 17.5% . We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

Payment

Payment of goods can be made securely by Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Solo/Delta or by forwarding a cheque to us  for  the correct amount, whereon the goods will be despatched to you after the cheque has been cleared ie 5 working days after receipt, subject to availability.

Delivery Times/Availability

Whilst we make every effort to despatch the goods to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. It is your responsibility to order the goods in plenty of time, should you require them for any specific purpose.In the event of the goods not being available, we will inform you and offer you a substitute alternative if possible.

Specification/Description

We have endeavoured to try to be as accurate in the description and specification of the goods displayed within this web site. However, specifications of some products may change from time to time as a result of manufacturer modification.

No guarantee is given or implied that goods will be absolute in every detail of the description or illustrations as seen.

Statutory Rights

The above terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
